How is this different from regular life coaching?

Most coaching focuses on mindset or behaviour. This work dissolves subconscious barriers – outdated beliefs, fears, emotional blocks and past events – so strategy and action become natural and effective.

What if I haven’t done your quiz, workshop or Inner Shift program?

You can join at any stage. If you haven’t done other steps, we identify your patterns and barriers together in your first sessions.

What happens in the Foundation Month?

We dissolve the patterns causing stuckness, avoidance, reactivity or repeated behaviour. Most people feel lighter, clearer and more capable very quickly.

What happens after the Foundation Month?

You move into the Results Pathway with fortnightly coaching - achieving meaningful goals, reinforcing new patterns and living from your new identity. This is where clarity becomes direction and direction becomes sustained action. We focus on identity, habits, strategy and the steady support needed to make your transformation lasting.

Many people make progress in the first month of any program, but without continued support the subconscious often pulls them back into old patterns. This is simply how the brain is designed, and it leads us to feel disappointed with ourselves.

The Results Pathway recognises this. It helps you develop and strengthen new neural pathways, build habits that match who you’re becoming, and stay aligned with your goals instead of drifting back into familiar ways of thinking or behaving.

Slip backs do happen, and when they do, we address them quickly.
For as long as you’re a member of the Club, you won’t be navigating the ups and downs alone - you’ll have guidance, accountability and a clear, grounded path forward.

How long should I stay in the Club?

Most people stay several months because change happens in layers. Some stay longer because they value having a grounded space for decision-making, strategy, emotional steadiness and accountability. Cancel anytime.

What if I don’t know my goals yet?

That’s completely normal. For some people, the future is hard to see until inner barriers dissolve. Once the fog clears, clarity and goals emerge naturally in the Results Stage.

Will this work if I’ve tried many things before?

Yes. Many clients come to me after years of feeling stuck. The difference here is that we work at the level of subconscious patterns – the root causes of reactivity, avoidance and repeated behaviours.

No. You’ll receive a private link to join directly.

What if I’m travelling or you are away?

If either of us is away for more than two weeks, payments pause and you receive a plan to maintain momentum.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy and does not replace clinical care. I work on subconscious patterns, identity, habits and strategy using a coaching approach focused on awareness, release, clarity and practical life design.

How much is the membership?

$595 AUD per month. Cancel anytime. Your first month includes up to four sessions.

What if I only want barrier clearing?

Barrier clearing alone brings relief, but without integration most people drift back into old patterns. The Club is designed for full transformation - clearing, clarity, strategic action, identity activation and integrated results. Is this suitable if I am dealing with major life change?

Yes. This work is especially effective during major transitions and identity shifts. Relationship changes, career uncertainty, retirement, empty nesting, caring responsibilities and loss often bring long-standing barriers to the surface. This coaching helps you release what is weighing you down and move forward with clarity, steadiness and intention.
